What we collect. When you enquire by WhatsApp, email, phone or through a form on this site, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, contact details, travel dates, party size, dietary requirements, accessibility needs and any preferences relevant to planning your journey. Where a booking proceeds, we also collect the passport and payment details required by airlines, hotels and Indonesian immigration.
Why we hold it. We use your information for one purpose: to plan, quote, book and support your journey. That includes passing the minimum necessary details to the airlines, hotels, villas, guides and drivers confirmed in your itinerary, and to the payment provider processing your deposit or balance.
Who we share it with. We share your details only with the suppliers confirmed in your own itinerary, and with payment and accounting providers where required to process your booking or meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it. We retain records only as long as required for your case and any renewal, handled under strict confidentiality. Enquiries that do not proceed to a booking are deleted once they are no longer live.
Your choices. You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Write to the desk using the contact details in the footer of this page and we will respond within our published business hours.
Website data. This site may use cookies for basic functionality and anonymous traffic measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site remains usable without them.
