The Agreement

The terms your booking is made on

Who we are. Tokyo to Bali Travel Guide is a travel planning desk operated from Bali by Bali Premium Trip, part of Juara Holding Group, with an office at Jalan Sunset Road No. 88, Kuta, Badung, Bali 80361, Indonesia. These terms apply to every itinerary we quote and every booking we confirm.

What we do. We design itineraries, quote them transparently, book the confirmed elements on your behalf, and support you throughout your journey. Every component of your itinerary is itemized and explained. We do not work with opaque pricing or hidden fees.

What we are not. We act as an agent for the airlines, hotels, villas, guides, drivers and activity operators named in your itinerary. Their own terms govern the service they provide. Nothing on this site is licensed legal, immigration, medical or financial advice; for anything that turns on your own circumstances, deal directly with the office or the operator that will handle it.

Quotations and confirmation. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it and is subject to availability at the time you confirm. All reservations are held for a maximum of 48 hours without a deposit. Your booking is confirmed when we receive your deposit and issue written confirmation.

Payment. A non-refundable initial deposit of 30-50% of the total trip cost is due within 7 days of the invoice date. The final balance is due 90 to 120 days prior to departure, depending on the complexity and seasonality of your itinerary. Complex itineraries may require interim payments, which are itemized in your payment schedule.

Cancellation and amendment. Our cancellation and amendment terms are set out in full on the How to Book page and are repeated in your personalized proposal. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to your travel specialist.

Entry requirements. You are responsible for holding a valid passport and the correct visa for your journey. Your passport must be valid for a minimum of six months from your date of entry into Indonesia. We will advise on requirements but cannot be responsible for a refused entry.

Insurance. Travel insurance is not mandatory but is strongly recommended, and we recommend purchasing it at the time of booking. A robust policy can cover up to 100% of non-refundable costs due to covered reasons.

Accuracy of information. Prices, fares, exchange rates and official requirements published on this site are current at the time of writing and change without notice. Where we have not confirmed something against an official source, we say so in the text rather than filling the gap with a guess.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Questions

Ask Before You Commit

If any clause here is unclear, ask. We would rather explain a term now than have it surprise you later.
